The shape of the pendant is bombe inspired, with the rounded curves in the design. There are 108 natural round diamonds pave set. Every little spot is covered with diamonds on the front. We love how the diamonds follow the rounded curvature. Sparkles from all angles! Plus the satin luster from the natural large pearl adds to the spectacle.
The diamonds are VS clarity and G-H color, with an estimated total weight of 1.00ctw. The pearl is natural, not enhanced, from the island of Tahiti.
The pendant is a slider type. It slides, as needed, on the chain, so it will always lay correctly. The piece weighs 15.4 grams, so it's substantial. No lightweight chain store piece here.
By noted designer, Chimento. Crafted in 18K white gold. It is a retired style (they only make a few pieces each of their higher end designs and then retire them.)
Chain: The chain is made by Chimento also. It is an 18K white gold 'bamboo style' link chain. Super cool. Measures 2.2mm wide, and 16" long.
