Ahh, so beautiful, this early 1930s engagement ring is a classic design. Take a look at the details. Notice the 8 sided center head area, this was common during this era. Now take a look at the sides - do you see how the leave pattern is carved out? All done by hand. And the leaves are hand chased to bring the design to life. Look on the sides of the diamond in the center and you'll see more hand chased design. All done by hand. Today, 99% of rings have the designs "cast", which loses the individuality.
In the center is a very nice high quality GIA graded (certified as some call it) diamond. It is .37ct circular brilliant diamond, being VS2 clarity and J in color.
