Ashlee Simpson's Engagement Ring

The Hunger Games actor Evan Ross proposed to Ashlee Simpson in January of 2014 with an unforgettable engagement ring. This breathtaking ring looks like something right out of a fairytale. It's Edwardian in style, meaning it resembles ring from the time period that began that just after Queen Victoria died. Her son Edward became king of England upon her death. Ornate Edwardian style was popular from 1901 to 1910, the time period of King Edward's reign.

Ashlee's beautiful ruby and diamond navette (marquise) shaped engagement ring looks like a sugary piece of candy from an old-world candy maker. Considering her beau, Evan Ross is the son of legendary pop music diva Diana Ross, it's no surprise that Ashlee's engagement ring is so extraordinary.
