Drop dead gorgeous ring. A wonderfully unique ring design using three different diamond shapes surrounding a luscious sapphire.
This made to order masterpiece features a 6.5 - 7.0mm natural round sapphire in the center. We recommend a Ceylon type, with cornflower blue, or royal blue if the budget allows. The weight of the sapphire will be between 1.5 - 2ct.
Depending upon the size and quality of the center sapphire, the price of the ring will range from $9,850 - $13,500. Contact us for sapphire options. Interestingly, while large diamond prices have dropped significantly since 2020, the price of high end sapphires have doubled in value since 2016!

Ring Pictured: Shown with a AAA gem quality approx 2ct Ceylon sapphire in the middle. This is a fabulous sapphire with the highly sought after Royal Blue color and a top end cut. Gorgeous color and wonderful brilliance.
Finding a sapphire of this quality in a round brilliant shape is extremely rare. The reason is because to cut a round shape out of the rough material there is a huge waste of the rough stone. So most cutters will cut sapphires in fancy shapes, like ovals or cushion cuts - not rounds. This particular rough stone was shaped perfectly for a round, thus not much loss of material. This translates into a better price for this gem.
We source our nicer Ceylon sapphires directly from Sri Lanka, eliminating one to two middlemen and their markup.
