This ring is made of precious palladium. Palladium is a very rare precious metal - actually more rare than gold, or platinum. It is naturally white colored and in the platinum metals group family. It is less dense than platinum so the ring will weigh less. It is harder than platinum, so it won't bend like platinum does. And it is about 1/2 the price of a similar platinum ring.
