Stunning precison design. We designed this engagement ring with a focus on the fine details. Look close and see the Beaux-Arts architecture inspired features.
Did you notice the knive edge profile on the shank? The raised peak on the band has machined milgraining around the entire profile. Each side is beveled or angled.
On each side there are 26 bright white round brilliant lab-grown diamonds pave' set, for a total of 52. We made sure to make the prongs heavy enough to withstand years of wear, without looking bulky. (The mass produced pave' set diamond rings barely have enough metal on the prongs to hold them - they fall out when they get bumped.)
The 2.50ct oval center diamond is secured in a handmade platinum head. Notice the 6 prongs are claw type (have to shape these by hand). Also we put the prongs weighted towards the east and west sides. This opens up the body of the diamond more. The underneath of the platinum setting has some fine milgrain details on the railing. This matches the milgrain detailing on the ride of the shank.
It is a gorgeous piece, perfect if you appreciate the finer details in jewelry design. If you're that girl, this ring might be for you.
