Stunningly beautiful. But our pictures and videos just do not do this ring justice. We spent hours trying to capture the beauty of this masterpiece, and unfortunately, the pictures aren't doing it. (So we recommend coming in to see it in person.)

This is a 3 stone diamond ring with big bonus. Notice the halo surrounding the three main diamonds. Throwing off glittering sparkle from every angle!

All three center diamonds are antique Old European Cut. This is the style of diamond cutting for round diamonds back in the 1940s and earlier. It is a fascinating cut - characterized by smaller tables, higher crowns and larger facets. All of this creates a unique look compared to modern cut diamonds.

The center diamond is estimated at .72ct (measures 5.84 x 5.81 x 3.44mm), is VS clarity, and I - J in color. The side diamonds are estimated at .54ct and .55ct (measuring 5.18 and 5.28mm average diameter). They match the center one very well at VS clarity and I - J color. They face up very white. (Because of the cut style, Old European Cut diamonds typically have an apparent face-up color 1 to 2 color grades higher than if viewed from the side. But who views a diamond from the side??)

Surrounding the three center diamonds, one the border of the top of the ring, are twenty small .02ct diamonds. Nineteen of these are single cut diamonds, typically used as accent diamonds back in the day. But one of them has been replaced with a modern round brilliant. These are nice bright and white diamonds. Lots of sparkle!

The ring is crafted in precious platinum, the preferred choice of higher end jewelers during this time. If you look closely at the edges of the ring you will notice hand chased milgrain detail - another characteristic of finer vintage jewelry. The ring is in immaculate condition.

Ring is size 7.5. Total carat weight is estimated, by formula, at 2.21ctw. It's a showstopper.
