Vintage Platinum and Diamond Engagement Ring with Floral Design and 1ct GIA Diamond

Oh my, we just love the Aleah! It is an original piece from the mid 1920s. Crafted in precious platinum with a wonderful floral design. Do you notice the little leaves, with the diamonds set into them? Modern styles today copy this original look.
The center diamond is a wowzer! It is a GIA graded 1.01ct "Circular Brilliant Cut". This was a diamond cut that is near identical to the Old European Cut. And it is "F" color, which is almost unheard of for a 1ct or larger diamond cut during this time period. They are typically in the J - M/N color range. A copy of the GIA report is on this page.
The ring has not been overly polished so as to maintain its vintage look. However, if you wish we can polish it out to "new" condition and reapply some of the worn milgrain detail around the little leaves.
The ring is size 6.0, but can easily be sized up or down.
